Cleaning up after dogs
12/2/2009
Neighbors:
In a few instances in the
neighborhood, dog owners are not cleaning up after their
dogs. Remains are appearing by the roadsides, on lawns and
on our common lands in enough frequency as to be a health
problem and an irritant. If you have a dog, thanks for your
diligence and attention.
It may well be that some
offenders are not be residents. Someone or more than one has
been picking up after their dog(s), but then leaving the
plastic bags along the neighborhood roadsides or more
frequently on the Barque Hill Drive median as if expecting a
resident will take care of disposal.
Please keep a watchful eye for the
offender(s). A simple word should help or let one of us know
and we'll be happy to say a simple word.
