Neighbors:

   Most of you have noticed the large piles of loam spread on the bare patches of Barque Hill Drive. The loam has now been seeded with shade and sunny grass seed,  and hopefully with the damp autumn weather will produce grass later this fall and next spring . This project has been completed by On the Green, our landscaper, who will clean the roadways tomorrow.

   The funds to pay for this enhancement project have been donated specifically for this purpose which I alone went ahead and OK'd without a full consultation of the Barque Hill directors. I did so given the short time frame I was given to respond to the availability of the Bobcat for spreading the loam. 

   There were no Association funds spent on this project which was undertaken solely to enhance the appearance of a portion of our Association's common land which is seen by many of us on a daily basis.
