Dear Neighbors,

Enclosed is a brief summary of the past six months, a financial statement showing our six month results and our budget for this year and a second dues notice for those outstanding. Thanks for supporting our Association.

We have accomplished quite a lot in the way of clearing in several areas of the neighborhood. These areas - Barque Hill Trail, Till Rock Park and Shipyard Park - are now more open for enjoyment by all.

The very successful annual picnic was held on Saturday, September 20 at Shipyard Park. In addition to the great food, Matt Hendison of MY GYM fame provided a full schedule of games and activities for the kids. An enjoyable Halloween afternoon and evening was also held on October 31.

And particularly noteworthy is the resurfacing of our roads, a project long overdue. The second coating should be applied this spring.

Please let me or any of the folks listed below know of any concerns or requests you have for the Association's attention. We will do our best to make Barque Hill a safer and more attractive place to live.
