Dear Neighbor:

Enclosed is the third dues notice for our 2003-04 fiscal year ending April 30. Your payment supports the requirements of our Association such as real estate taxes, the necessities such as the mowing of common lands and activities including our annual picnic.

Many of your fellow neighbors have contributed their time and efforts to make Barque Hill a more attractive place to call their home as we have endeavored to repair fences, hold a Halloween party and other activities for our children and continually clean our land of debris to enhance the natural beauty of our area.

I hope you'll contact me with any concerns as we try to improve our Association further.
