The membership meets annually in May to conduct the business of the Association.  Committee chairs provide an overview of accomplishments, issues and challenges.  The budget is reviewed, priorities are set, and votes are taken to set the course for the coming year.  All members who have paid their dues for the year may vote, and participation by as many members as possible is encouraged. 

In recent years we have been able to meet at the Church Hill United Methodist parish hall, just across River Street from Stetson Road.  There is a warm, friendly atmosphere and in addition to taking care of business, the meeting provides a chance to see old friends and make new ones.
